Check whether a supplier appears on SAT’s 69-B list

Check a supplier’s RFC (Mexican tax ID) before you onboard it, pay it or deduct its invoices. We also check false CFDI invoices (Article 49 Bis), revoked CSDs (CSD sin efectos), not-located taxpayers (No localizados) and tax debts (créditos fiscales). When you need to keep the result, export a Constancia (a verifiable PDF record of the check, in Spanish).

You have 1 gift Constancia. Search for the RFC and generate it at no cost.

FOR YOUR SUPPLIER LIST

Bulk RFC check against SAT publications

1. Prepare your file

Use CSV, TXT or Excel (.xlsx and .xls) with complete RFCs, including the homoclave. One RFC per row makes the detected list easier to review.

RFC
XAXX010101000
XEXX010101000

Generic sample RFCs: replace them with your suppliers’ RFCs.

2. Review the detected RFCs

Select or drag the file. The tool extracts the values in RFC format and removes duplicates. Confirm the list before you run the bulk check.

The 69-B list, plus other SAT and DOF checks

01

Article 69-B

Transactions presumed to be nonexistent (EFOS/EDOS). We show the status published by SAT: presunto (presumed), definitivo (final), desvirtuado (rebutted) or sentencia favorable (favorable ruling).

02

Article 49 Bis · False CFDIs

DOF notices (oficios) that declare a taxpayer’s CFDI invoices false. Whoever received those invoices has 30 calendar days from publication to reverse their effects.

03

Revoked CSDs (CSD sin efectos)

RFCs whose digital seal certificate (Certificado de Sello Digital, used to issue CFDI invoices) was revoked.

04

Not located (No localizados)

RFCs that SAT published as not located at their registered tax address.

05

Final and enforceable tax debts (créditos firmes y exigibles)

Debts published by SAT as final (firmes) or as enforceable (exigibles). They appear separately in the result.

How to read the result

  • Each source describes a different tax or administrative situation; we show the results separately and do not combine them into an overall rating.
  • “No matches” means the RFC was not found in these sources, as of the dates shown in the result.
  • The lookup and the Constancia come from 69b.mx; they are not SAT documents and do not replace professional advice.

Glossary

Mexican tax terms used on this site. Term names stay in Spanish, as SAT publishes them.

69-B list (EFOS/EDOS)
SAT’s list of taxpayers presumed to invoice nonexistent transactions, under Article 69-B of the Federal Tax Code (CFF). EFOS are the companies that issue those invoices; EDOS are the companies that deduct them. Each entry has a published status: presunto (presumed), definitivo (final), desvirtuado (rebutted) or sentencia favorable (favorable ruling). More (in Spanish)
Article 49 Bis
A procedure under which SAT declares a taxpayer’s CFDI invoices false and publishes the notices (oficios) in the DOF, Mexico’s Official Gazette. A company that received those invoices has 30 calendar days from publication to reverse their effects. More (in Spanish)
Revoked CSDs (CSD sin efectos)
The CSD (Certificado de Sello Digital) is the certificate a taxpayer uses to seal its CFDI invoices. SAT publishes the RFCs whose CSD it has revoked; while it is revoked, the taxpayer cannot issue CFDI invoices.
Opinión de cumplimiento (Article 32-D)
SAT’s own opinion on whether a taxpayer is up to date with its tax obligations. The taxpayer obtains it from SAT and can share it with customers. It is a separate SAT document; 69b.mx does not issue it. More (in Spanish)
Constancia
A verifiable PDF record of a 69b.mx check, in Spanish: the RFC, the sources checked, what each one returned and the date, with a unique code and a QR code that anyone can verify on 69b.mx. It is not a SAT document, and it is not SAT’s Constancia de situación fiscal. About the Constancia
