For lenders, fintechs and data platforms: check borrowers, invoice issuers and counterparties against the SAT and DOF publications, follow their changes and keep every lookup as dated evidence.

TWO WAYS TO USE IT
The same lookup, at the point where you decide.
LENDERS AND FINTECHS
Origination, factoring and portfolio
→Credit application. Look up the RFC when the application arrives and let your rule use the complete flag: only a complete result counts as a no-match.
→Invoice purchase and factoring. Check the issuer before discounting the receivable and compare the invoice date with the date its CSD was cancelled.
→Active portfolio. Register your borrowers' RFCs and get a webhook notice when a publication changes.
→Credit file. Save the lookup as a dated constancia (a PDF record in Spanish) with a public verification code.
PLATFORMS AND DATA PROVIDERS
One more data point in your own risk response
→Sources kept apart. Each list arrives with its status and its date, so you can combine them with your own fields without reinterpreting anything.
→Batches and monitoring. Up to 50 RFCs per request, plus a list of registered RFCs with events and webhooks to feed your own alerts.
→New sources without changing your integration. When we add one, it appears in the same response.
→Integration contract. Volume pricing and the terms for including the data in your product, we work them out with you. Further down →
ANSWERS WITH CONTEXT
Every result says what was checked and when.
Not just “it is there” or “it is not”: the response carries the detail of each source and the date of its data, ready for an automatic rule or for your file.
PER SOURCE
Each list answers separately
With the status as published: presumed, final, disproved or favorable ruling. No traffic lights to interpret.
WITH DATES
Publication, cancellation and review
The publication date of each finding, the CSD cancellation date where it applies, and up to which day the DOF was reviewed.
READY TO AUTOMATE
Approve without manual review
A single flag confirms the lookup covered all the sources. If a list is being updated you will know, and that lookup is not billed.
What each lookup checks
The data, as published by the SAT and the DOF, reviewed every day.
SAT
69-B list
Simulated operations: presumed, final, disproved and with a favorable ruling
DOF
Article 49 Bis
Taxpayers that issued false CFDI
SAT
CSD without effect
Digital seal certificates left without effect, with the cancellation date
Was the CSD already without effect when the invoice was issued?
The SAT publishes the list of CSDs without effect quarterly, and a cancellation can precede its publication by weeks or months. The response includes both dates, so you can compare the cancellation date with that of an invoice, a contract or a disbursement.
What that means for the transaction is for your tax or legal team to decide. The API gives you the published date.
23 APR 2026
The SAT leaves the issuer's CSD without effect.
2 MAY 2026
An invoice is issued that your customer assigns to you for discounting.
1 JUL 2026 · PUBLICATION
The SAT publishes the list. Your lookup returns fecha_cancelacion_csd: "2026-04-23" and you can compare it with the invoice.
A lookup without findings does not guarantee the CSD is still in force: a recent cancellation may not be published yet. Example dates.
THREE WAYS TO INTEGRATE
Ask. Follow. Document.
?
RFC lookup
One at a time at the moment of decision, or in batches of up to 50 RFCs to review a whole portfolio.
For origination, invoice purchase and periodic reviews.
↻
Monitor changes
Register the RFCs you care about. When a source publishes a change, your system receives a signed webhook, with retries for about 6 days and a 90-day history to recover anything missed.
For portfolios that change over time.
▤
Generate constancias
Save a dated lookup in a PDF (in Spanish) with a public verification code, ready for the credit file.
It documents the lookup, not the transaction. On API Free, test only.
SCOPE
What this API is not.
So your risk team knows where it fits.
It is not a credit scoreIt does not replace the credit bureau or your risk model; it is one more tax data point that feeds into them.
It is not the compliance opinionThe taxpayer obtains the 32-D with their own SAT access. This is checked with the RFC alone.
It depends on what the SAT publishesLists are published with a delay, and “no findings” means there is no publication, not that the taxpayer is up to date.
Independent tool69b.mx is not part of the SAT or the DOF. The data follows their publications.
FOR PLATFORMS AND DATA PROVIDERS
Build it into your product.
If you offer credit, KYB or compliance data to other companies, you can offer these sources without building or maintaining the ingestion. We also serve lenders directly; the terms for each case are different and we talk them through clearly from the start.
Volume pricingGraduated tiers for lookups and monitored RFCs; above a certain volume, a contract.
License to include it in your productThe terms of use and attribution, defined by contract.
Freshness metadataEach source says when it was reviewed, so your customer can see how recent the data is.
Contract, SLA and securityAnnual contract, SLA, security questionnaire and invoice before payment, if you need them.
5,000 lookups and 1,000 monitored RFCs included, up to 120 requests per minute and an automatic monthly CFDI invoice (in Spanish). Constancias from $29, down to $9 with volume. VAT included.
Lookups that do not cover all the sources, invalid RFCs and failed requests are not billed.
No surprises on the bill
Usage visible in your profile and an email notice when the usage in the period grows.
Keys under your control
Several keys per account, each one revocable without affecting the others.
A CFDI invoice every month
You register your tax details once; the invoice (in Spanish) arrives by itself after each payment.
START WITH YOUR PORTFOLIO
Run a sample and compare it with your records.
Activate the API for free and look up a sample of your RFCs. If you need more lookups for a real test, write to us and we will extend your trial quota.
